About me
I am a third-year Ph.D. student studying IC design and computer architecture in the College of Future Information Technology (FIT) at Fudan University (FDU) where I am advised by Prof. Zhuo Zou and Prof. Li-Rong Zheng. I am also with the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Chips and Systems (SKLICS), Fudan University. Before that, I received my B.E. degree in microelectronics science and engineering from the School of Electronics and Information Technology (School of Microelectronis) at Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), where I am advised by Prof. Tao Su.
I have a broad interest in Content Addressable Memory (CAM)-based architecture, emerging AI accelerator and the memory-centric neuromorphic hardware.
